1、Dimensional accuracy

2, shape accuracy

There are 6 items to assess the shape and accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line contour. Shapes with different accuracies are controlled by shape tolerance management. 3、Positional accuracy
It refers to the difference between the research surface between the machined parts and the actual working position and accuracy of the enterprise. Accuracy evaluation of position information includes eight aspects: parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circumferential runout and full runout. Positional positioning accuracy is controlled by positional tolerances, which are divided into 12 accuracy assessment levels for various purposes.
Usually when carrying out the design of mechanical parts and machining accuracy, attention should be paid to the internal control system position tolerance in the shape of the error, the position error should be less than the size tolerance.
