       Injection moulded parts if there is a problem may be due to the mould plasticising or injection stage, sometimes also related to the design is unreasonable, in addition to the location of the size, the product itself, the number of structural cavities, etc. will have an impact, in order to prevent defects in the injection mould design and the products caused by the mould, often need to be dealt with by our trial mould.
      After the end of the trial mould, the operator usually have to assess the specific situation of the mould, so as not to increase the cost and time in the process of modification, generally in order to make up for the defects of the mould design, it may be unknowingly set up incorrectly, and the production of qualified products required for the parameter setting range is relatively small, the parameter of any deviation may result in the quality of the quality of the product is far beyond the permissible range of error.

      Some injection moulds will be limited by the area of the template, resulting in the slider exposed to the outside of the guide groove after the core extraction is completed, the initial stage of the mould reset is easy to cause the slider to tilt, especially in the case of damage to the slider when the mould is closed, or even the damage of the pressure bending. So we can let the slider complete the core pulling action according to experience, pay attention to stay in the length of the slot. Design moulds should be made according to the quality requirements of plastic parts in bulk, in the mould structure to make the cost low, which is a better mould.
      The cooling effect of the injection mould directly affects the quality of the product and production efficiency, such as poor cooling, product shrinkage, shrinkage is not uniform and warped surface deformation and other defects. On the other hand, the overall or local overheating of the mould will lead to poor moulding effect, and may face the status quo such as production stoppage, and in serious cases, it will also make the movable parts heat expansion and jamming, the design of the cooling system needs to be determined by the shape of the product, and the step should not be omitted because of the complexity of the mould or the difficulty of the processing.
